"Please provide more coffee in the room. I'm not a big fan of the taste, but it's acceptable. It would be great to have holders for the paper coffee cups available in the room since the coffee is very hot once it's brewed."

Alicia was kind to talk with also. The rooms were cleaned and nice. We had the city view with a corner room. Beautiful windows and view. Highly recommend for downtown KC. "

"My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it."
