"I was attending the NCECA ceramics conference at the convention center. Trumbull and Porter was reasonably convenient to the meeting by rideshare or by car. My room was quiet, comfortable and clean. I saw a number of other conference participants there, perhaps because it was cheaper than the official hotels. I thought there was a restaurant in the hotel but that information was out of date. There was a coffee stand that made good coffee and had breakfast pastries in the morning. Other than that there was a small shop where you could buy mediocre microwavable food. The only place to microwave it was there because there were no microwaves in the rooms. This was disappointing. Apparently they intend to add a restaurant sometime. There is a space for a restaurant. I would return to Trumbull and Porter depending on whether there is a restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was attractive and pleasant and there was secure parking."

"The Siren was a great stay. It’s conveniently tucked to make the best of seeing a concert at Ford Field! I saw Bruno Mars which was amazing. All in one swoop I was able to valet my car, grab a bite at the hotel, a night cap after the concert, with coffee and a croissant in the morning! My bed was comfy and cozy with a shower that hit the spot. I assure you there are no wrong turns staying at the Siren. You are that close to everything! I am booked again for my next concert in July."

"The front desk staff went far above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I when we were late and desperately trying to get to a nearby event. They were FIRST RATE. We really appreciated their kindness. Our room had a lovely river view, the bed was comfy, and everything was immaculate. The selection of snacks and sandwiches in the well appointed lobby was excellent. Highly recommended."
