"The staff was very helpful, hard working and friendly. They made the stay great. The breakfast was improved from the last time I stayed. They had turkey sausage at the hot breakfast. Last time there was no meat"

"Our room had a busted lampshade, a filthy desk chair, a used towel that was folded and on the rack, hair and shampoo streaks in the shower, and more. The pool wasn’t filled and there was literally crumbs left for breakfast so we had to spend more money to go eat. It was very disappointing. We paid $240 for this to be a terrible stay. Their rates should be $50 like a 1 star location."

"The hotel is older, which wouldn't be bad if they had done any upkeep. The edges of the stairs were coming apart and we were worried just carrying our luggage around. When we got to the room, it was so small, again acceptable, until we pulled the sheets back and found that the sheets hadn't been changed from the last stay, they were full of hair and there was pizza sauce on the pillow cases. We ended up packing up our luggage and going to stay at different hotel, giving up the money we spent on this room. The floor in the room hadn't been vacuumed, we had a non smoking room, but the whole hotel reeked of smoke and there were nicotine stains so bad even the phone in the room was stained, the curtains were broken and couldn't be closed, they are doing a little improvements in the hallway, but there was so much dust from them sanding the plaster off the walls it coated our shoes( we didn't check in until after 7, contractors had left for the day and apparently left the mess) we didn't even dare check the bathroom. Just grabbed our stuff and left to a different hotel. Only writing this so others know what to expect."

"The staff was exremely welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to offer to bring in our lluggage, to open a door requiring our room card when our hands were full, show us where things were, and to warn us of a snow storm that might impact our travel the next day. The breakfast was good and the bed was fantastic."
