Traveled to Casper for a conference, I just needed one night in a safe, clean, affordable place. I got what I was looking for, plus a great location close to downtown, quiet stay, easy access to all highways, and riverside view. I saw the mixed reviews and do admit this hotel is a work in progress as they are renovating, but what they have completed is stunning and classy. Beautiful Atrium area with pool and space for socializing. Excellent continental breakfast, everything was well prepared and presented. My King single room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Yes, it is an older facility that they are updating, but what they've done they've done well.

The restaurant was super convenient and had a great menu, which made things easy after long workdays. Newman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Very disappointed in our stay. They oversold rooms and “upgraded” us to a king suite (we reserved 2 queens) and it only had a king bed and a pull out twin bed and was extremely uncomfortable. Not enough space to sleep for our family. There was an outside light that shined directly into the room and the curtain did not block it very well so the room was very bright for sleeping. AC was not plugged in. TVs did not work. Pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order. Hair dryer popped and smoked as soon as we tried to use it. The one shining point was the breakfast was very good.

There is active construction going on in one of the wings, and the hot tub is currently closed for repairs. Otherwise, the hotel is gorgeous, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It's a good location. Out back is a lovely paved river walk. The hotel has 4 Tesla charging stations. Check in went smoothly, and staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was closed, but it's a nice fitness room with several options. There is a lovely inner atrium good for reading or chatting with others. The room was spacious, quiet, and I felt safe; Roku TV. It's a good shower with good pressure. Breakfast was hot and complete. Yes, I would stay here again.
