great hotel right at Hennesee lake, we had a room with balcony and lake view and it was a relaxing stay, in a quiet area. clean room, clean nicely decorated bathroom. breakfast is diverse and plentiful, there is a lot of choice for any taste. Sauna was great, quiet during the day (it might get busy in the evening). We also rented bikes from the hotel and biked the 16 km around the lake. it's very close to Hennedam, so there are nice options to walk and enjoy a relaxing trip. also easy to reach...
Excellent staff, rooms were roomy and bright, a bit worn, not too bad. Some noise from street and building construction, also not too bad. Great breakfast..staff was outstanding.
I have to say this was a wonderful experience. I came here form Texas and took my sisters here for a bridal getaway. The staff was AMAZING and extremely friendly and totally willing to make our stay wonderful.
Even though the pool was closed due to a technical problem, they were willing to give us a free dinner as a compromise. The food was truly amazing and worth eating there.
