Great hotel, very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not ideal for tourists visiting London as it is far from everything and would require multiple trains to get there.
Excellent from start to finish. Slippers in the room, reasonable price bar and breakfast. Clean and has everything in the room like iron, hair dryer, vanity pack and shower cap, soap. Great customer service
Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.
Staff was friendly & willing to give us advise on transportation & site seeing. Location was perfect 3-5 minute walk to trains. We had queen room with window. It was small but clean and had all we needed. If you travel with lots of luggage this room could be a challenge but as we travel very lite it was perfectly comfortable. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Fresh fruit , yogurt, eggs etc. and awesome coffee

We're repeat visitors, so we're obviously very happy with this property. The Hammersmith location is convenient to mass transit options, and it's in a delightful neighborhood to explore. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything worked properly. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Staff members were uniformly pleasant and professional.
We stayed for 8 days at the Tophams Hotel. Lets start with the staff; they were amazing and so helpful! Our flight landed earlier in the morning and they stored our luggage for us while we went sightseeing until check in. The staff helped us with transportation whether it was a taxi, or best route to somewhere with printed directions. Our room was clean and maintained daily! The hotal was a very short walk away to Victoria Station. Also close to Buckingham Palace. When we come back we will stay...
We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
This is my second time at The Rembrandt hotel, I will continue to stay here on my trips to London. Great location, lovely hotel, breakfast cannot be beat, staff is friendly and very helpful. 5-Star Hotel at a reasonable cost.
Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Kensington. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, very friendly! Will definitely stay here again. Rooms are small, but that’s London. The bar and decor were top notch!
The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!
