We stayed for just one night. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was also large with a good shower. The room itself was fine, the problem was that most surfaces were covered by a heavy layer of dust. Not just a few specs but the kind you could write your name in. The carpet also needed a good cleaning, both for dust and crumbs from the previous patrons breakfast.. It was really a shame that such a nice property was so poorly cleaned. Easy walk to the center of Arras. But it is quiet and will be able to give you a good night rest. Very clean and spacious too.

This is a small hotel with a lot of character and large, clean comfortable rooms. For us it is a bit of a hidden gem.

We stayed one night at the hotel after visiting Canadian war memorials. Room was clean and offered good value for the price we paid. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was fantastic! It was convenient, clean, and safe. It was perfect place to stop for the night.

Great rooms and friendly staff

We enjoyed everything but the checkin process. After hours checkin was a nightmare because we were not given the needed information in advance so we were having to call hotels.com at 1 am to resolve the problem with tired people in the car who didn't feel safe because we couldn't bring the car into secure parking until we got the missing information

Clean and warm room just how I like it and bathroom was clean and they charger socket next to the bed with a mobile holder which was nice

More or less what one can expect from a hôtel Campanile. Clean, convenient, nothing too fancy. OK for an overnight stay with your car.
