Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

Luca and Maria are wonderful: helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating. The pool and spa are a delight after a day of touring the city in the heat. The rooms are large and clean. We had a great stay.

I have no comparison experience with other hotels in Palermo, but this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Built from several previous structures, one a bank and another a cloister, the hotel features majestic spaces, huge public rooms, wide halls, high ceilings. Rooms were incredibly clean. The buffet breakfast was great. Easy to find. Street parking was available. Lots of restaurants and shops with in walking distance. Easy drive to and from the airport. We will absolutely stay there next year!

Very nice owner, very helpful plus location fantastic walking distance. Ac Brend new. But is quite zone there so taxi will drop you on different street.

We arrived in Palermo on the overnight ferry from Napoli and took a cab directly to the hotel. Because it was only 7:00am, we couldn't check into our room, but the desk manager offered to check our luggage so we could go out without worrying about it. When we left to find coffee, one of the staff was coming off his shift and showed us where we could find a nice restaurant on the map. This is a small hotel next to Giardino Inglese park in a good section of Palermo. The rooms are very comfortable, service is very good & breakfasts, including the breakfast area with a view of the park, are also very good. Our room faced the park contributing to a pleasant & quiet stay. I would stay there again.

This hotel is perfectly located for a tourist. The bus from the airport drops off 80 meters from the door, the red Hop on, Hop off bus stop is 40 meters away as is a public bus stop. The Palazza Politeama is across the street, a very easy landmark to find. There are numerous great restaurants in the area and the hotel breakfast is quite large. Helpful staff make this a really good choice.

I have visited this hotel several times and each time I have been most favorably impressed. The location of the hotel is ideal...close to Piazza Politeama and not far from the Post Office on Via Roma. The Archeological Museum and the Regional Art Museum are a short distance away. Management is friendly and attentive and the breakfast hour is an extremely pleasant experience. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is licated in front of the port. You can enjoy the ferrys view. A little bit noisy. In a walking distance from major historical places so you don't need a car to explore the city center. Free parking is also an advantage. The rooms are big, really big.

Staff was veery helpful. My room was very comfortable (single room with a double bed plus AC and private bath). Breakfast was included and was very nice. The location is close to everything in Palermo (the train station, the markets, the waterfront, the architectural attractions). The hotel is old but they do a nice job keeping it clean and safe. I enjoyed calling it home for 4 days.

This hotel is situated on the point of Mondello. The coastline is absolutely magnificent. The grounds, pool and rooms are well maintained and the staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful

Second time I stayed here and both were excellent. The location is great, with easy parking. The property is behind a locked gate so very secure. The rooms are modest but clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and kind. Recommend it. Will stay there again, I am sure.

Wonderful staff. Very nice breakfast. The hotel had a beautiful decor and was in a good location. We appreciated the welcome cannolis and packaged breakfast for our very-early departure.
