When someone says “feel at home”, this is what it should be. There wasn’t anything I lacked, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. Breakfast on a veranda with a view, the sounds of birds and sheep moving up into the hills in the morning, it was lovely. An excellent hidden gem, I plan to come back again for sure. Grazie!

The property itself is beautiful in a historical area of Gesturi . Ignazio, the owner is very accommodating and helpful and friendly . Their family make a delicious bread from scratch for breakfast . They make wine , they make cheese, they provide fruits from their farm and more . For breakfast, it’s all organic food from their farm .
Great property which is close to hiking and local eateries. I would definitely come back. The town is small, but rich in history. Antonio made sure we found the place and recommended a great pizza place.
I would rate this 10 stars if I had the option. Amazing experience - beautiful property that was true to Sardinian history and culture - very tastefully and comfortably decorated. Service was extremely friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Wine and snacks in the courtyard was so peaceful and enjoyable. Nice, clean hotel centrally located in Arborea within walking distance to restaurants. Has ample parking. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the season.
Our room overlooked the town center so we experienced the pulse of the town from our balcony. Maria Luisa, the owner, and the staff ensure that each guest feels at home. Their attention to detail enhanced our experience.
L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!
This is the third time that we stayed at the Hotel. Always good service, and plenty of things to to in the area. Excellent continental breakfast, A/C was working great. Staff is always gentle and ready to help. Recommended.
