Parking gratuit sur place, extérieur bien entretenu, machine à laver, en revanche impossible de manger sur place (interdit dans la chambre) pas d’assiettes ni de couverts à disposition dans l’espace commun, contrairement à son nom ce n’est pas un BnB mais un afficamente donc pas de petit déjeuner de proposé (juste thé et café)

La struttura è carina, molto pulita, inserita in un contesto silenzioso a qualche km da Arborea e dai servizi. Ha un giardino curato ed accessoriato, più un'area parcheggi incustodita sul retro. Nelle camere sono presenti set di cortesia, bollitore e thè. C'è una piccola area cucina in comune all'ingresso (senza fornelli) dove si possono utilizzare frigo, freezer, prepararsi una tisana, un caffè o consumare un pasto veloce. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti, l'unica cosa è che, essendo tutto automatizzato, non abbiamo conosciuto nessuno... Eccezion fatta per la ragazza delle pulizie, peraltro gentilissima. A volte un po' di contatto umano in una struttura ricettiva è molto gradito.

Struttura pulita, ordinata e in una posizione molto tranquilla, dotata di ampio posteggio. La gestione avviene tramite self check-in e la comunicazione principalmente tramite messaggistica Whatsapp. All'interno c'è una sala comune da utilizzare per la colazione (che da novembre scorso non è più inclusa) e per gli eventuali altri pasti in loco. Nella sala è presente la macchina del caffè (le cialde in omaggio sono in stanza) e un microonde, entrambe utilizzabili solo al mattino in quanto la loro alimentazione è temporizzata, questo ci è sembrato molto limitativo. E' presente anche una cucina comune dove si possono trovare numerose stoviglie (da lavare e riporre dopo l'uso), il lavandino e la lavatrice, mentre all'esterno ci sono dei comodi stendini per il bucato. Il forno e il piano cottura non sono presenti perché è vietato cucinare. La stanza che avevamo era molto comoda e spaziosa. La pulizia viene fatta su richiesta (ma escludendo i weekend): per richiederla è sufficiente appendere l'apposito cartello alla maniglia della porta. Sono presenti diverse indicazioni/divieti esposti in vari punti della stanza che personalmente abbiamo trovato un po' eccessivi. L'area esterna è piacevole, con molto verde, rilassante e curata.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, gute Zimmerausstattung, es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Aber die Klimaanlage konnte nicht auf weniger als 23 Grad Celsius eingestellt werden. Wir empfanden zudem die zahlreichen und an allen Stellen angebrachten Hinweis- und Verbotsschilder sowie die permanente Videoüberwachung (z. Bsp. beim Frühstück) als sehr unangenehm, da es unser Wohlbefinden sehr getrübt hat.

Hébergement très calme se trouvant non loin de la plage. Super accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont donné des conseils de visite ( carte des environs) et de restauration. Bon petit déjeuner. Endroit parfaitement situé pour visiter la Costa verde au sud et la Côte menant à Torre del Pozzo au nord. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Nous avons passé deux nuits superbe, notre hôtesse était d’une gentillesse extrême, elle a même fait l’effort de nous parler en français et nous a bien conseillé niveau visite et restaurant, et on l’a remercie énormément pour ça. Le lieu est superbe, la chambre est vraiment parfaite, le jardin superbe, on a pu prendre le petit déjeuné et le dîner dehors, nos deux filles ont adorées pouvoir faire de la balançoire. Merci pour ce super moment. Gros coup de cœur pour ce gîte ♥️

Schöne Unterkunft unweit vom Strand

Das B&B liegt an einer Straße, die nach ca. 2,5 km unmittelbar am Strand mündet. Eingebettet in eine grüne Landschaft, da rundherum Landwirtschaft betrieben wird. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich rührend um alle Belange. In unserem Fall eine Spätankunft nach 24 Uhr sowie Frühstück unter den örtlichen Auflagen wegen der Corona-Pandemie. Das gesamte Gebäude ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, sowohl innen, als auch im Außenbereich. Wir haben immer auf dedr Terasse gefrühstückt und den Morgen dort genossen, mit Blick in den schönen Vorgarten. In den Zimmern gibt es jeweils separate Klimananlagen und, ganz toll, die Fenster sind mit Insektengittern gesichert. Geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Wetsküste oder aber auch nur Strandbesuche in der Bucht von Arborea.
