"This place markets itself as a hotel, but in reality it is mixed property from a hotel and a low-grade motel. The room conditions were disappointing. The air conditioning runs continuously and cannot be adjusted, making it uncomfortable regardless of personal preference. On top of that, the refrigerator barely works and does not properly cool food or drinks. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations for comfort or functionality. Advertising this property as a hotel is misleading. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made."

"Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property"

"Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices. "

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."
