I enjoyed my stay here, I had driven for over 5 hours and was tired after a sightseeing tour of Bendigo. I booked last minute, but it was no hassle, check in was easy and the room itself was comfortable and roomy, powerful shower which was nice, and although next to the main highway through Stawell (where freight road trains rumble past) I couldn't hear them in my room and had an undisturbed sleep. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean. Showering is tricky due to the small shower head you can’t move, I’m short and kept hitting my head against the rack they have under the shower head trying to wash my hair. Minor thing but heads up. My bf, who is a lot taller figured he’d rather Wait for our next hotel check in to shower as we were there only one night. We loved our stay! Kangaroos everywhere and emus greeted us in the am. The villa was spaciois and had a super comfy bed. The host sent check in info by text which was helpful and we were so happy to have been left a lovely loaf of bread, butter and jam, milk, cereal and a bottle of wine. We were able to have breakfast there before heading off to the Pinnacles. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay. Wish we had more time!
