"The room has no window, so it feels a bit enclosed, but it is clean and I had no issues with it. There are no tissues provided in the room. If you’re visiting for sightseeing, the hotel is a little far from the city center. It takes about 30–40 minutes on foot. There are not many shops or restaurants around the hotel, but there is a convenience store very close by."

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

"This is a charming and quaint little hacienda hotel. The open air lobby and pool are beautiful and welcoming, and my husband and I lounged on the rooftop nightly after a full day on the town. It's close proximity to Fundidora Park and Barrio Antiguo made it the perfect location for a home base. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again."
