"It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ; however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 ! "The receptionist behaved terribly, it is unacceptable to yell and argue with customers at the level he did. But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing. I hope the owner of the hotel will talk to them after this so that they are aware that the guest comes first. If there are no guests, they have no salary and no job"
