The chef who made us Indian style lentils and veggies for dinner deserves special mention. Naturally we had to pre order as this was not on the standard menu. He prepared Dal-Tadka and Aloo-gobhi. Delicious. Of note, this is not an Indian Restaurant.
The staff was truly helpful in the rooms were very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was nice to be able to all gather in the dining area and the courtyards down below even in the rainy weather. I would recommend booking to get the breakfast, it was amazing and really started our day great.
Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items.
Went there for an agroecology conference; excellent conference venue, but rather isolated from Nairobi; very convenient for the airport! Very friendly, helpful staff and great breakfasts!
Clean hotel, very quiet area away from busy areas, close to a mall and lot of restaurants with short uber drive. Very friendly staff, good food, clean spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment suite , spacious and great value for money. No a/c, has a pedestal fan, very comfortable sleep. My only concern is our bed, probably needs replacing. There is construction for expansion outside, but did not have any negative effects on our stay! Highly recommend !

We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. Location is out of the main city so it's more peaceful and our Viator tour guides had no problem picking us up from the hotel free of charge for any excursions. We stayed from September 2 thru September 9. It was wonderful the whole time. The restaurant staff was the best. They were always pleasant and helpful. It was kept extremely clean and the food was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Nairobi. The rooms were cleaned every day wth plenty of bottled water in the rooms. Whenever any of the staff saw you they made sure everything was ok with you. The pool was beautiful. My only negative was smoking at the pool.
