"The staff were amazing and very handy to be located at a shopping mall!"

"Beautiful house full of African historiy, the best is the staff, really nice people that helped us and treat us as home. Hillary and Mutiaza are amazing! The view from the house is Nairobi national park, very nice. The food was excellent, home made and delicious. We will come back!"

"My stay was excellent. The staff and management were fantastic and helpful. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere and vibe. I would recommend this property and I would stay again. "

"The staff was truly helpful in the rooms were very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was nice to be able to all gather in the dining area and the courtyards down below even in the rainy weather. I would recommend booking to get the breakfast, it was amazing and really started our day great."

"They charged me twice on arrival and no concerns with the owner, no answer, no money back. Do not book there, a mess."

"The hotel is run down but clean. Perfectly fine for a night in transit. A good size breakfast served. There is a pool and a gym, but staff give different answers to opening hours or if it's included. The airport transfer worked very well."

"The hotel is clean and alright. Staff were very friendly snd welcoming"

"Very clean place inside and out. The only downside is the bumpy road going to Palm suites but otherwise it's a highly recommendable place. Staff and owner Very friendly and helpful."

"Nearness to shopping center "

"For an "easy" and inexpensive stay near the airport, this it. Its clean, quiet, and staff are friendly, helpful, always smiling. Simple and in the neighborhood."

"I found the place quite reasonable for the price and good security. They’re friendly and strict with identification of guests and visitors. Shops and restaurants are nearby but directions and access roads are very poor. If you follow the host’s directions you will be okay."

"This feels more like a private house than a hotel. The staff really made this feels like coming home. Even though its close to the airport, its very quiet and remote."

"Everything was great. The staff was friendly, the accommodation was as described, it was easy to check in and out and I will happily return."
