The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a great mix of American food and Japanese food, the room feels both cozy and high-end (with slippers, pjs, and a tea kettle). "I would not recommend this property. The positives were the place was clean and modern and in a quiet location but still handy to shops dining and tourist attractions. However we received no communication from host on how check in details. There is no reception and we required lock box information for keys. We arrived in the evening with no way to enter our room and luckily after 20 minutes of waiting around a staff member appeared and was able to help us out. We had 3 people staying but only 2...
