"What a wonderful surprise to such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so helpful with everything we needed. We did not have a rent a car, had to take a bus to the center city and it was so easy. They had happy hour everyday free appitizers and drinks , wine pastry , Only hotel ever that we stayed at was so generous. Love it there and we will stay there again, perfect area in Florence."

"The entry was unique. Buzz outside door street level - gate inside s- up stairs then through the door to the hotel. Check-in staff was pleasant and helpful. Spacious room with great AC - fridge - cheap grocery stores close by - good location to all attractions - housekeeper very nice"
