The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We liked the decoration of the place. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Would stay here again.

Claudia checked us in and she was just all sunshine and light. Charming, helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. The room was great with a great view of the Convent of Christ and Castle of Tomar on the hill. Met one of the owners briefly and he was very helpful in getting us a cab. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel, but not included with the hotel was very very good.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Show us where to visit and how to go there in detail, and prepare a nice breakfast before the regular breakfast time because we need to catch a bus early.

It's a very good hotel with a cute terrace with the castle's view.

One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.

A wonderful experience! Everything was excellent: the facilities, the delicious food at the restaurant, and above all, the care from Diana, who helped us with everything from check-in to storing our bags early. Without a doubt, 10/10 service. We will be back!

Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff.

It sounded like there was construction or renovation work going on late in the evening. We kept hearing loud banging noises on the floor above us. Other than that, everything was going well. The staff yvery accommodating. Thank you.

The property is well maintained and convenient for the Sanctuary. The hotel looks like a boutique and the staff is outstanding. Doña Ana and Tania are the best receptionist we ever seen before. I travel since 35 years for business around the world, but Doña Ana and Tania are the best and human people I ever met. The breakfast is exactly what you need warm breakfast and healthy breakfast as well. I definitely suggest the hotel to everyone

Excellent property. Front desk staff is super welcoming and efficient. Rooms are very well kept and very modern. Bar area could be improved.

Pilgrim hotel, the purpose is sleep in a clean and safe place, but Fatima is a place to pray

The views, amenities, staff, and surrounding city were all excellent. I would definitely try to make this destination a tradition.
