"I booked a 10 day stay at this hotel. I was put to a smoking room that filled with strong smoking smell. The front desk manager told me that they had no other room available and promised to give a room upgrade next day, which she did. We enjoyed it. However, as an expedia VIP, I was told there was no other VIP benefits associated with my booking -- although Expedia.com stated I was entitled with some. The hotel room is spacious with the convenience of having all kitchen settings. The location is close to KLCC mall (only 5 mins walking). But the traffic is too busy in most of the day. It makes hard to get Grab as it is always some kinds of traffic jam around. Another inconvenience is the breakfast place is a building block away. It is quite inconvenience if there is a rain. Other than that, I like the hotel amenities, such as the self-laundry service. I will stay again! "
