"Overall, the suite was an excellent choice, offering an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. "we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex.
