"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"

"Close to cheonho station, easy to find. Staff might not speak english but is enthusiastic to help when needed. It's a neighborhood I would recommend to go if looking for places outside hongdae or myeongdong"

"Great location"

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"Plenty of restaurants around and front desk ladies were very attentive"

"I stated for 6 nights. The property was very clean and well-kept. Convenient to the subway line 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Seoul areas"

"Not recommend if you plan to stay with children. Good for individual or two people staying while traveling. Parking not available on site but you can use market public parking lot #2 for overnight parking. It’s about 5 minute walk."

"Low cost compared to other hotels. Comfortable stay. Responsive staff. Good coffee provided"

"Spacious room. Convenient location. Friendly staff."
