"Westin Josun was brilliant - the staff impeccable - our room was a great size, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Located in such a an excellent area - shopping and night market street food located just behind the hotel. The bus from the airport stops at the hotel making it a great transport option - door to door."

"The location is near the City Hall metro station. The metro stations can be long in length, so it was 5 -10 minutes from the City Hall Square. It had a little uphill to reach the hotel. Around it there are a lot of options for lunch or dining. The location is quiet, the breakfast has a lot of variety. The staff in the reception was of the kindest persons I have ever met."

"Great location and amenities including nice breakfast every day."

"Perfect for solo travellers! I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect hotel for my first solo trip to Seoul. The staff were immediately welcoming and spoke perfect English. The hotel is located right in the heart of Myeongdong and as soon as you arrive, the atmosphere is vibrant. Everything is really close by and easy to navigate. The rooms were much larger than expected and it seems the staff really go the extra mile to make sure guests have a c"

"Very conveniently located, yet very nice and quiet at night. Clean room. Safe neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. You can leave your luggage at the hotel storage room after checking out. I arrived early and was able to get my room before the official check in time. Recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Great value for your money."

"The roof top area was a lovely space to relax at the end of the day. The hotel had an abundance of umbrellas available to borrow for a brief period of rain. The location was ideal for walking to shopping and restaurants."

"Good location, good housekeeping, friendly staff"

"The hotel location is very convenient. Next to Starbucks, CU. Go down to basement and must try the local restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Seoul station. The young gentleman staff at 701 was very nice and friendly. We stored our luggage with him before check in time. He sent us a message thru WhatsApp to let us know that our room is ready and he moved all 3 luggage 3 backpacks to the room for us. We are so thankful of his kindness. The room is big enough for our 2 medium luggage and 1 carryon to...

"Overall very good experience. My difficulty with self service is that we are expected to have access to the internet but as travellers we are reliant on WiFi which wasn’t available before checking in. So it’s a catch 22 trying to check in. We were able only because we were let into the locked door and ‘borrowed’ the WiFi from one of the rooms. Neither a safe or satisfying option. Can you have free WiFi available before check in?"

"Perfect location for our visit. Within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insadong Culture Street. Clean room and great staff. Thank you!"

"Quiet rooms, even though you are right in the heart of the city. Has an air purifier fan in every room if you like white noise. Nice and clean. Highly recommend!"

"Convenient location and safe. Room was small but comfortable. Will stay again."
