"Perfect location for an excellent beach - with great amenities. Excellent half board package delivered a great dining experience. Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. Highly recommended."

"Masseria Corda Di Lana is an amazing holiday location, 15 minutes drive from Porto Cesareo and Torre Lipado both house great restaurants Lidos and beaches. The room itself was well furnished with lovely bathroom, the grounds and pool area are superb. The only two negatives are 1) WIFI is non existent in your rooom and around the pool, this makes it all the more pertinent as you hardly get 3G. Did complain about this daily but always told engineers working on it. I would also give the restaurant in the evening a miss, food and service was poor, my comments were passed on. The staff make this accommodation. From Gorgina (sorry for spelling) her breakfast duties. For Paola and Miriam for their receptionist skills and excellent knowledge and recommendations during our stay and lastly for Samuel for his knowledge enthusiasm and motivation. The staff here are the jewel. Please get WI-FI sorted for our return. Rm 113 Mr Ellis"

"Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
