Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside.

We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff.

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.

We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.

Hotel changed date w.out consent and charged fully

I did book a stay in the hotel 4 months prior arrival. One week before I was informed that they have cancelled my reservation and replace with new dates (w.out my consent). So I had to book another hotel on short notice and higher cost. To make the thing worse the hotel still charged me for the room. So I can only warn you about this hotel as you might find yourself paying for a room you did not book!

Cet hôtel est magnifique avec une déco incroyable, avec des chambres toutes différentes les unes des autres et des hauts-plafonds d'époque. Malheureusement, dans la chambre que nous avons reçue il y avait un manque de place pour le rangement, notamment dans la salle de bain où nous pouvions même pas poser les trousses de toilettes! La terrasse sur le toit est vraiment top et la vue sur le coucher du soleil imprenable. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé au centre de la veille ville, et bien entendu très tranquille puisque pas ou très peu de circulation (uniquement les habitants). Le petit déjeuner sur commande (il n'y a pas de buffet) est bon mais évidemment le choix est assez réduit. Par contre, deux choses nous on déçus: le prix du parking privé (situé à 10min. à pied hors de la vieille ville) qui est de 30Euro/jour. Sachant que le parking de la ville est archi-plein tous les soirs (jusqu'à 1:30 d'attente!), ce parking privé est pratique, mais l'hôtel pourrait faire un prix préférentiel pour ses propres clients! Le deuxième point est le personnel: malheureusement, mis à part une dame d'un certain âge très très gentille qui fait le service au déjeuner et le personnel du bar sur le toit, l'ensemble du personnel n'a pas été très accueillant, très peu serviable et souriant... c'est dommage! Sur l'ensemble du séjour, on peut toutefois confirmer que le rapport qualité/prix est très correct.

To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel
