We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.
This is a newly renovated and opened property cared for by a wonderful family. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. The food is delicious, the rooms are well appointed and till we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property and every interesting nook! There's lots to do including a ping pong table and a beautiful pool.
My only regret was not staying longer
This place was amazing. The staff was welcoming, the food at the restaurant was AMAZING and the hotel surroundings are exactly what you would expect from a premium hotel in the Chianti region. Breathtaking views and sense of serenity made my experience there great.
Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. Super close to town, very walkable. The complementary wine tasting in town was excellent! A favorite night of our trip! The front desk even assisted with reservations, pool towels, drinks, and collecting our purchased wine for us!

Borgo refers to something like little village and that’s what this property is. A cluster of beautiful stone buildings and gravel drives surrounded by acres of olive and lavender. Beautifully appointed common and areas in rooms. Excellent restaurant with elevated cuisine. Beautiful pool. Distance skyline view of Sienna, Really no negatives. Would definitely come back.
This was the best experience we’ve ever had traveling! The views are incredible. The service was like noting we’ve ever experienced before. They helped plan our entire Chianti portion of our trip. I could go on and on about how fantastic they were. Will 100% be coming back in the near future!
This was an incredibly beautiful property with an amazing staff. It is so peaceful and serene. Only a few things irritated us. They need a qualified bartender and a bell man. The cobble stone hill made it difficult to hall luggage from the gravel parking lot. With that being said, I would do it over again. It was one of my most favorite locations.
Loved this hotel! I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better place. The grounds and gardens are stunning with an awesome view of the Tuscan hill sides.The spa and pool are great for relaxing after coming back from wine tasting. This is truly a gem in the middle of Chianti.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous hotel! The many lounges as well as the rooms are each furnished with antiques and interesting old prints and pictures. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable and the baths were well-appointed.
