"Fabulous location. Spacious, fully equipped room with very comfortable bed. Super view from the room and evening dining table. Friendly staff."

"Hotel and staff were very helpful, room and all facilities were excellent, if there was one little thing, our room did not have anywhere to hang a wet towel or wet bathrobe, hooks on the wall or back of door would be so helpful"

"Accommodation was very good with kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed and very good shower. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great friendly welcome, fabulous gardens, super breakfast, lovely hosts … overall excellent "

"Very helpful and friendly staff who were always happy to help. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and was perfect for us (one adult and two teenagers). Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold options. We enjoyed the full cooked breakfasts as well as the cereals. We will definitely be staying here again and would happily recommend it to others."

"The room was lovely and plenty of space. The staff were really helpful, we will be back!"

"Muffin the cat was a star feature of this property, with her welcoming and friendly owners a close second!"

"The stay was so pleasant. The cottage is located in lovely location and it has all the amenities needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shop was within 15 minutes drive from the cottage. Will definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks from Anita"

"Great place to stay. Very central to everything and friendly people Room was spacious clean and comfortable Enjoyed my stay "

"We feel so welcomed and really the host was very kind and humble and supportive. Lovely wonderful peaceful place ."

"Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

"We couldn't lock the front door all week! The key would not turn. We tried to contact the host but never heard from them. This made the holiday very stressful. The tv did it work either which was annoying. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was really poor making it unusable. The cottage could be so lovely but it feels uncared for and the owner is impossible to contact."

"Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. Nicely situated geographically with a lovely view of the sea from the front facing windows (the only windows unfortunately) and front door. Unfortunately, a public footpath goes straight past your only windows and front...

"The place looked clean and well kept."

"Properly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance. Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy."
