"Nydelig sted et lite stykke fra bysentrum. Rent og pent, og nydelig område utendørs med rododendron og mye grønt mellom trehusene. Pent oppusset område med fargerike trehus. Vi fikk en leilighet i 2. etasje (H7) som var lys og luftig og med alt vi trengte. Fin soveavdeling med en veldig god dobbeltseng. Vi var i Grimstad for å besøke familie og var alt i alt veldig fornøyd. Rask innsjekking og nøkkel via telefonen. Anbefaler stedet, kanskje spesielt godt egnet for familie."

"Surprisingly good experience. We choose this hotel for it's good location and good price. Since it was prized on the lower side, we didn't have unrealistic expectatipns. However, the room was super nice. Only 50m from the central parking tunnel 200m from the centrum. We got prepared a nice little breakfast(ordered extra). All in all a surprizingly good experience. Only one thing to mention: it does not have universal access; it has a tall stairs from the street level and up to the door. But if...

"One of very few hotels where you can book for a family of FIVE, without having to get a big suite. Two connecting rooms with bunk beds for 3 in one room, and a double bed in the other. You'll find hotels with more luxury than this one, but the reasonable price and the room structure makes this our number one choice in the area. Receptionless, but plenty of information and no problem with communication."
