"Very good staff and good breakfast"

"Very nice historic hotel close to everything"

"Clean room. But no kettle/ brewing up facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast."

"We originally had Airbnb accommodations for that night. When we arrived we did NOT feel safe so I had to make immediate reservations. My niece came across Hotel Ibaïa and we booked a reservation. It was beautifully designed, spotless and very quiet. We had an extremely long and stressful day and needed to be somewhere safe. We walked along the beach, ordered a pizza not too far away. The hotel was exactly what we need. Thank You, Hotel Ibaia!"

"The room was a very standard for the price but had the advantage that mine was on the ground floor with a door that opened onto a small lawn (useful when travelling with a dog). The breakfast had a very good selection. The parking area was ample and the area felt secure."

"Lugar muy nuevo y muy cuidado. El Estacionamiento pequeño pero práctico. Definitivamente volvería. Lleve a mi hijo a Donostia por el fin de semana y estas en 10’ en auto en el centro de la ciudad."

"It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay there again when I visit the area."

"In an excellent position for seeing St. Jean de Luz and opposite train station so ideal for non car travellers. Hotel clean, staff lovely. Good breakfast in basement breakfast room. Compact bedrooms with good shower."

"Beautiful hotel, and very nice staff. We will be back. Hopefully the hotel will have all the electricity issues fixed and the Tesla Charger fixed upon arrival next time 😊"
