Hotels in Historical Center Bruges

Property was amazing and a great location. The breakfast was spectacular.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. It exceeded all of our expectations. The Townhouse has very high reviews and thus expectations were quite high. They were met and exceeded. The bed was perfect, the room was delightful, Jason and Sandra are wonderful hosts, the breakfast was excellent, the location is ideal, the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you!

Concierge was courteous, knowledgable, patient and charming. Inn is very old and beautifully appointed, room was luxurious and breakfast was generous and excellent. Also the location is perfect. We hated to leave.

Astrid was an excellent host, and breakfast was tasty. The property is centuries old and still had original wood in our room. The city is beautiful and walkable from this property. We stayed two nights and wish we would have booked more. We recommend this property. Thanks for having us!

Bruges is a fairytale and this hotel is a fairytale in the fairytale. It is a gorgeous jewel box boutique hotel that was worth every penny. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges.

We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.

The most amazing location in all of Bruges, just dripping with history. David de Graef is a most gracious host and super talented artist. The breakfasts are works of art in their own right and David was so helpful with our city touring as well. Our room was perfect and had a most amazing view of the cathedral behind us.

We absolutely loved our time at Hotel de Castillion. Every detail is thought of. The owners/staff are amazing, so helpful and really took care of us. The room was beautiful as are the grounds. Having breakfast in the cellar was such a fun experience. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne in the courtyard and it was like a fairytale.

Very confortable but to carry my bags to my room was awful . Stairs to get to the lobby and the elevator and stairs again from the elevator to my room NO HELP AT ALL We are seniors and could not carry around , should think of this .

Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.

Great location. Delicious breakfast with all the trimmings, incl. champagne. Amazingly friendly, helpful and efficient staff (housekeeping, reception, breakfast room, proprietor).

When choosing this hotel we weren't expecting all that much. Our first time in Brugge and all the options seemed modest. However, Brugge was enchanting from the time we approached the city center! The narrow streets, the medieval buildings all over town, the warmth of the people was fabulous. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very helpful with our car and luggage, they offered water and sweets while we checked in. The hotel is run and operated by the owners under the Relais Chateaux franchise and...

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time in Bruges and at Hotel Lucca. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room lovely and spacious. We had a small minibar fridge and were located on the 1st floor. The hotel is a boutique, renovated 14th century building with 3 levels (no lift). There was no parking (fine for us as we don’t have a car) but there is a parking station about 100m away. The area is very walkable so no car needed and there is a bus stop about 200m away. I...

Unique setting & room. Decor looks old, but everything is modern. Good location; easy walk from train station, or into center of old Brugge.

What a wonderful hotel experience! Hotelier Marc and his wife were gracious and accommodating hosts, the room was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. What more could one want? Location was quiet, but only a short walk to everything we wanted to visit, and right on the bus line from the train station.

Hotel Aragon has been a pleasant experience all the way and has helped make our stay in Bruges a memorable experience, from attentive and courteous service of the friendly staff to great comfort in our accommodations. The hotel has been just renovated and all facilities are top notch. Will definitely come back when we get the opportunity next time around.

Nicely renovated hotel in a great location with a helpful staff, particularly the young man who assisted us with hotel instructions before our late arrival. Our triple had plenty of space with a great view of the canal. Clean room & comfortable beds. (Shower power on this top floor room was weak, but a decent bathroom) The included breakfast was good & offered in pleasant surroundings. Parking, when available, was just around the corner. Note: elevator only goes to 2nd floor, though there are...

I really liked this hotel, front desk person was very informative. The only negative thing about this hotel was the they have 2 poor little birds by the stairs, everytime i was coming down or up they were very nervous. I feel like they were having them for decoration, i would say if so please keep them in another place where they wont be disturbed by guests. Feed them with better food and where they can receive direct sun light. The 2 nights i was there i could hear them chirping I didnt mind,...
