Large quiet room with two windows that opened over the canal. Pretty quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet - the smoked salmon was delicious. Safe neighborhood with several excellent outdoor restaurants. Not enough electric outlets.

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Just a few blocks off of the main square but quiet. Try the Isabella Suite. It was huge. 700 square feet You will love Bruges and this hotel.

Big family room on the 3rd floor. Quiet, big, comfy king-size bed with fluffy pillows and a sofa bed. Has a fridge. Breakfast didn't have the biggest selection, but it was classy and had everything you needed. Location is in the middle of town with everything in walking distance. Parking outside

The hotel was very well located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was nice and spacious and we didn’t hear any noises from other guests whilst in our room. The breakfast was very nice and the attention to detail by the staff to make sure that everything was well presented and maintained, even having the proseco out for breakfast was a nice touch and very refreshing to see. Perhaps a few more hot foods would be nice but that’s just a minor detail. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this older boutique hotel. The hotel is a great location. Bus near by, restaurants as well and on the canal. The staff is very helpful and even has a nice sitting area with a small bar.

Excellent location. So very close to everything. The hotel is quiet and the staff professional. The rooms are huge, with a gorgeous bathroom and a vestibule! You can’t hear any hallway noise. And the breakfast! Linen tablecloths and napkins. The food selection is very generous. Highly recommended.
