"The location is extremely convenient. Many of Prague’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to Prague Central Station, making it convenient for trips outside the city.
The room was cozy and comfortable. I’m quite particular about showers, but this hotel passed my test — there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.
Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff
Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..

Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
Wonderful boutique hotel in an historic building just at the end of the Charles bride. They have a very pleasant and helpful staff who made our stay very enjoyable.
Charming boutique hotel right around the corner from the main square. We stayed on the top floor with exposed beams. The room was so charming. The bathroom was very nice an up to date but a bit crowded for two. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice assortment of breads/rolls, cheese, meats, and also hot items. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of interactions with 2 staff members. The first was the “bar tender” in the restaurant upon my arrival, he was extremely rude but Michel was very helpful and pleasant. The second was the woman at the reservation desk- short bob hair cut- was rude as well at all interactions I had.
