"The location is extremely convenient. Many of Prague’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to Prague Central Station, making it convenient for trips outside the city.
The room was cozy and comfortable. I’m quite particular about showers, but this hotel passed my test — there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff
Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, would have hoped to be able to purchase air mail stamps to mail my kiddo a post card considering it used to be a post...
The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
This is the kind of hotel that does something else. That makes you feel like home. They gave a gift to my little kid. They left wine and dessert as welcome. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I would definitevly recommend it and would go back again for sure.
We loved everything about this hotel from the staff to the lovely, impeccably clean rooms to the fantastic breakfast spread. The rooms are large and stylish with lots of storage space, and the bathrooms are huge with a large bathtub and separate shower. The front desk staff were always tremendously helpful and friendly, as were the breakfast staff and all of the other staff at the hotel.

I could give this a perfect score, but there was one very unpleasant experience. Our stay was for one week. On day three, someone from the front desk opened our door and angrily told me it was past check out and we should be gone. I told him we are here until Wednesday (four more days). Nice comfortable hotel in Old town. About 10 minute walk to most sites like Charles Bridge and Astronomical clock. Hotel staff are SUPER helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice comfortable size. Only thing was only 2 chairs and bed to put your stuff. overall excellent
