"I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so beautiful, the onsen a bar and everything about it. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again! Just know if you get dinner out go early and make sure you realize a lot of the great restaurants are off the main road!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean room. "

"The rooftop bath was amazing after a long day, and the food was lovely. Highly recommend this gem!"

"Quiet and relaxing onsen inn, an economic choice as well. A short walk up from a bus stop, with a lovely view of the lake. Great for a relaxing get away."

Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication...
