I booked a room with a view of the harbour, and one of the ladies at the front desk kindly upgraded my room for my birthday. I’m beyond grateful for the surprise. Thank you to The View Sydney for making my birthday so memorable. The train station is only a few steps from the hotel, and it’s close to Luna Park...

"Very welcoming! You feel looked after from the time you leave the lift on level 5 for reception to when you checkout. The layout of each room has taken into consideration of noise from neighbors thus you do not know if they are there or not. The rooms are layed out well. The only minor concern was no space around the sink in the vanity and no shelf in the shower. It was lovely to be able to get a barista coffee each morning from the in house restaurant!"

"Great location, clean and friendly staff, easy walking distance to the new metro Victorian Cross station. The hotel has onsite parking with a daily charge of $29 if booked in advance, otherwise it costs $38 per day. Will definitely stay here again when we back in Sydney "
