The shared kitchen/lounge is excellent and I loved being able to make my own toast and coffee each morning. The room was excellent - comfy bed with great pillows and the shower was great! The staff were quite rude on arrival, we felt like we were being a nuisance by checking in. The hotel has lovely old charm and the shared bathroom and kitchen were a surprise, but it was okay.
