"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"

"The room was amazing & the view even better! Driving up to the illuminated castle was magical, when we arrived it was dark & we didnt see a single person. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I loved the integration of modern convenience & styling while keeping the historical feel of the castle. No problems at all with the self check in, the key box was easy to find & the fob was easy to use. Breakfast was super tasty and plentiful with made to order eggs. Delicious cocoa was...
