"Beautiful hotel , service , very clean and beautiful views "

"Big garage beside. Friendly staff. Big room and comfy bed. Room feels warm on a hot day. "

"Location is outskirts, the kitchen does not have the usual basic food staples (salt, pepper, teabags, coffee). But it was a great stay. "

"Our stay of 3 nights was very enjoyable. All amenities at the hotel were rated as good."

"Had such a nice stay at Hotel Ava! Amazing locating just by the train station. Quite and nice at night time. Beautiful view over the mountains. Big spaces room. The only small thing, as a business traveller with only hand luggage, I would have loved an including body lotion and hair conditioner. Small things, very appreciated. The cherry on the top. Great breakfast. Anyway, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. I will be back."

"Great value for money. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small downside was that there was still a slight smell from recent renovations. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it to other travellers."

"Great location, wonderful staff."

"Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray. "

"Amazing hotel, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, very clean , direct on the lake , walkable area"

"Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Rückseite der Frühstückstheke würde ich anders gestalten."

"I loved this hotel. The location was spectacular on the water and right in old town. The restaurant downstairs was terrific. Great food and excellent service. Our room was kind of small as many are in Europe but it was very clean and comfortable."

"The view from the room is fantastic!"

"Hotel was super nice! Location is great for Luzern sight seeing"

"Nice hotel really nice staff but u u don’t have a car it’s out of the city taxi is quite expensive"

"Absolutely lovely place, great food, friendly staff, and relaxing spa facilities!"

"Great hotel , great location , staff was great as always. Stayed here before , will definitely come back"

"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe. Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel with great view. We park our car at the hotel and take bus to town. Great breakfast. The view was tranquil & relaxing with the sound of cow bells near by. Truly a great find."

"Enjoyed the stay. Clean room & hearty breakfast."
