"The hotel was excellent on all levels. A beautiful building, great parking, close to dining, shopping, casino and the beach. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We have absolutely nothing but good views of the hotel and the staff."

"The hotel is excellently well maintained and managed. Great location central to pretty much everything. The breakfast was always fresh and a nice selection. Staff so welcoming and friendly and always on hand to assist if required. I would definitely recommend Hotel Citrea if wanted to spend some time in Santander. Would stay again when back in Santander."

"A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby. "

"Fantastic location next to the beach of Playa de Camelo, beautiful beach walkway and parks. Outstanding service from the Hotel staff and we enjoyed delicious dinner at the Gran Victoria restaurant. Our Jr Suite was very accommodating and the bed was comfortable and had a terrace that we could see the water! Definitely will be returning to stay on our next visit to Santander."

"Excellent value for money "

"Excellent location, service, room cleanliness and comfort. "

"If you are happy to take a 15 minute walk into the city centre, this is a great location, on the edge of the city easier to get to than some city centre hotel, parking is great as was our spacious clean room. I didn't need to bother the staff, but they were friendly, helpful & on hand if required. Breakfast was excellent, no cooked items (not a problem) but more than enough of everything to start your day. A place to stay again and again."

"This property is at the edge of town, but if you have a car and want less hassle with parking and crowds, stay here. The staff is very nice, and they have a popular bar and cafeteria, even at the edge of town"

"Tremendous location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A clean and well-maintained room. Would absolutely stay here again!"
