8/10 Very good

Great location for museums, art galleries and the ferry. Breakfast was good but no baked beans or mushrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but there was a screw loose on the toilet seat and the bathroom door was warped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The best hotel in Santander, excellent location and one of the best breakfast I saw in life!!
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel enjoys an excellent, central location. It is close to car rental agencies, the train station, and the bus station, making it convenient for excursions outside Santander. The hotel itself is showing its age a bit, with wallpaper peeling in the rooms. The reception staff can be dismissive at times and show little interest in providing good service. Their English skills could certainly be better—is English proficiency not a hiring requirement? Santander is a beautiful city, and we will return, but next time we will choose a different hotel.

Excellent hotel. Bookable garage parking for a fee, via a car elevator. Great bar and restaurant. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops around the hotel. Bakeries 1min from the hotel for breakfast. Lovely modern hotel, very comfortable rooms. Lots of complimentary bathroom products. Highly recommended.

After staying at smaller hotels in northern Spain, this was a refreshing change. The location is good for getting around. The view from our room is simply stunning!

10/10 Exceptional

Always look forward to staying at this hotel, not only because its proximity to the ferry port, but it is such a lovely place to stay. All the staff we deal with are helpful, the rooms immaculate, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh. They also have underground parking with decent size spaces which needs to be pre-booked. The downside is when we stay it's on the way home. But looking forward to staying again next year.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful spacious room. Large bathroom with a bath. It was very quiet in the hotel and no noise from the surrounding streets. Carparking was easy....there was a lift down to the underground garage. I would definitely stay here again.
