"I was such a beautiful place to stay! There was plenty of room, and plenty of pillows - rare in Japan! The decoration was very tasteful and welcoming. "The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are also very nice. However, the breakfast service could be improved, as it gets very crowded at certain times. What I didn’t like was that the rooms are not cleaned daily unless you request it. We did request housekeeping, but they only made the beds and did not properly clean the room—for example, the sink and bathroom area were left untouched."

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."

"This hotel was clean and very comfortable; in a great location with walkable access to lots of restaurants, the trains were close to the location. There is a stairway at the corner that leads you down to the underground where you can find many options to eat and shop. We ate there several times. We also enjoyed the restaurant right across the street one flight down called Batten Yokatoh. Excellent food"
