Definitely book this hotel! There’s so many choices in Hanoi and this is the perfect hotel. There’s staff is so welcoming and accommodating from the moment you walk in to the moment you say farewell. Our premium king room was spacious and the AC was the BEST. after walking around in busy Hanoi and being so hot our hotel room was a very much needed haven. We’re on our anniversary trip and even though we checked in after midnight they had rose petals on the bed and a special dessert waiting for...

Courteous staff.....could've been better if the rooms were bigger.

Everything was good. One of the best hotel in Hanoi.

Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!

Cute, clean and service oriented! We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both...

Excellent customer service and the breakfast was top notch! I highly recommend this hotel! Easy walk to get To Old Hanoi but in a quieter less busy area. Staff very helpful and accommodating

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...

Excellent location. Warm and helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Fabulous breakfast. We would stay again.

Wonderful soul staff wonderful

Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms was perfect

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!
