"What a wonderful stay, we had 7 nights and everything was lovely. The staff were delightful and incredibly hospitable. It’s incredibly well located but initially a little tricky to find as it’s down two alleyways so when navigating I recommend navigating your Taxi to the nearest entryway to the alley and not the hotel itself. The morning breakfast was sufficient and the staff offer to make you eggs any way you like or you can have the option of Pho. Would definitely stay here again."

If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Vietnam National Puppetry Theatre in Kim Lien. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Hanoi Opera House, Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, and Cheo Theater are not far.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so we returned for a second time. The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!
Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!
The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.
Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English.
