If there is one thing to highlight about Bunga Raya, that's the staff: they were all really well trained, helpful and friendly - from this perspective, one of the best experiences we ever had. The ladies at the massage were also really good. We liked breakfast a lot: great variety and quantity, I would especially recommend Tuaran mee. The house reef has probably seen better days (condition of the corals), but you can see a lot of small fish, clownfish, rays and if you are lucky, even a green...

We stayed for four nights. It was comfortable to stay there. We stayed at bigger room, and it was very large for two people. Everything was fine such as wi-fi connection, bus service, attitude of the staff members and condition of the room(I guess this hotel was built quite recently...). There were a convenience store. And many places to have meals. From street restaurants to ordinary restaurants. You should choose here to stay at Kota Kinabalu at reasonable price!

I have booked for 2 bedroom beach front pool villa to celebrate my birthday and it turns up to be a surprise proposal by my fiance. Staff is very friendly, the check in process were pretty fast but check-out process need to be improve. The 2 Bedroom beach front pool villa was awesome, overall cleanliness is good and they provide sufficient kitchenware to those who wants to cook in the villa. Bathroom comes with Jacuzzi bath tub, only things is they don't provide in house slipper and coffee tea...
