My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.

The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.
We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.
