"Our stay at Montebelo Mosteiro de Alcobaça Historic Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, combining history with comfort and elegance. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed two wonderful dinners at the restaurant. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!"

"This is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting that has some quirks that need attention. The room was spacious, but there were no luggage racks nor anywhere to put clothes. The bathroom is lovely but the door to the toilet is transparent! Yes, there is a workout room but it is small and the equipment is old and not functioning properly. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly."

"Wonderfully maintained property, super clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Many amenities like pool, pool table and table tennis which we regretfully didn’t have time to use. The owner gave great recommendations for places to eat and what to see. Definitely top of list when we come back to Portugal!"
