"The property is at a prime location downtown. They have a private driveway for taxi pick up and drop off. The food was decent. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and in good condition. Overall, a good stay for us. We will be back at this hotel if we visit Ho Chi Minh city again."

Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!"

"I love the place and must stay again bc all staff was very nice and professional. I had breakfast buffet everyday so please allow some suggestions if I may. The pancakes bc they are so small they can be surely overcooked or hard not good to choke on them especially kids. Why not some simple beef, chicken and fish dishes that’s yummy for both locals and foreign visitors. I stayed 4 nights and from my 59th floor there is no direct access to restaurants above me, so I have to go down to 48th floor and go up again disturbing staff to code me up. And why so stingy with 2pcs white sugar, 2pcs brown sugar really why not 3 :/ Just small things. Will stay ofcourse again and have another go, why not :) Thanks VINPEARL Landmark18 staffs, very nice to stay."
