"The hotel is a japanese hotel not located in Old Quarter, that makes it very quiet and away from tourists. The standards are up to what you would expect from a Japanese hotel: lot of amenities (including an onsen), free alcohol bar, japanese breakfast. I have tried the 90 min massage and it was the best 40 CAD that I ever invested, it was perfect. I will definitely come back"
"Perfect airport hotel minutes from the airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are great size and very clean
Highly recommend if you need a hotel right by the airport"
"My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed.
They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...
"I wanted somewhere safe and comfortable to start my trip in Vietnam and this place was exactly that. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet is a real bonus."
"Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful giving useful information about places to visit without trying to sell any tourist services. Breakfast offered a choice of local and western food. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily."
"I had such a nice weekend at the Intercontinental. I got in late and they upgraded me to an overwater room. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to relax there."

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly...
Everything was nice. The hotel staff was friendly. It's a basic hotel but that's all I needed. I had a room with no window which was also fine and I knew when I booked. I took away one star because I was a little concerned about a lamp in the room that would glow half bright during the night, which seems like something might be wrong with that wiring. (Based on my own misadventures in wiring) I still recommend this hotel as a nice basic place to stay because it's off the main road and therefore...
They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!
Everything is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back and recommend to family and friends…thank you to Da for helping us with our smooth check out…
Excellent property in the heart of Old Quarter. Comfortable, clean with nice amenities (rooftop restaurant and bar) onsite and spa and gym a short walk (3 min) away. Very helpful and kind staff. Can get a little noisy, but quiets down later at night.
Excellent customer service and the breakfast was top notch! I highly recommend this hotel! Easy walk to get
To Old Hanoi but in a quieter less busy area. Staff very helpful and accommodating
