The standards are up to what you would expect from a Japanese hotel: lot of amenities (including an onsen), free alcohol bar, japanese breakfast. My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!

Excellent property in the heart of Old Quarter. Comfortable, clean with nice amenities (rooftop restaurant and bar) onsite and spa and gym a short walk (3 min) away. Very helpful and kind staff. Can get a little noisy, but quiets down later at night.
