"Great location (center of old quarter). Great services. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to tasty local food, well known restaurants. Room is very nice as well. If we are visiting Hanoi again, we will definitely come to stay here."
"An incredibly beautiful and nice hotel, situated very centrally in Hanoi. Close to train street and lots of restaurants. Best staff and service, so incredibly attentive and friendly. The service was impressive to say the least. We were so lucky to receive a voucher for afternoon tea, something’s dont do enough, and this was a very very nice surprise. Also restaurant is very good and the rooftop bar has a very nice view of the city! We will be back!"
"The staff at Lotus Boutique Hanoi were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, right on the edge of the old quarter, and the room was nice and clean but the staff really made the stay so much more enjoyable."
"Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter."
"My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed.
They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...
"I wanted somewhere safe and comfortable to start my trip in Vietnam and this place was exactly that. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet is a real bonus."
"Excellent locations in French Quarter!!! The best knowledgeable& friendly staff who made our family’s so memorableOur rooms were clean modern comfortable with balcony & jacuzzi overlooking Hoan kiem lake…. Daily delicious breakfast. Swimming pool& roof top restaurant and look out!! 5 star for sure!!"
"The hotel is a japanese hotel not located in Old Quarter, that makes it very quiet and away from tourists. The standards are up to what you would expect from a Japanese hotel: lot of amenities (including an onsen), free alcohol bar, japanese breakfast. I have tried the 90 min massage and it was the best 40 CAD that I ever invested, it was perfect. I will definitely come back"
"Fantastic, especially in terms of value for money. Great design, a heavenly bed with very fine bedding and big smart TV. Walkable to French quarter and old quarter too."

They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!
Excellent customer service and the breakfast was top notch! I highly recommend this hotel! Easy walk to get
To Old Hanoi but in a quieter less busy area. Staff very helpful and accommodating

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip.

Excellent property in the heart of Old Quarter. Comfortable, clean with nice amenities (rooftop restaurant and bar) onsite and spa and gym a short walk (3 min) away. Very helpful and kind staff. Can get a little noisy, but quiets down later at night.
If you are looking for a clean and friendly hotel located within walking distance of some of Hanoi's best attractions, look no further than Royal palace Hannoi Hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any request, night or day, and will make booking excursions or trips outside of the city a breeze. The beds and rooms are clean, and make you a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to the next time I can stay in this hotel!
