"This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not as good as some of our other hotel stays. It’s the main reason I’m not giving a 5-star review. "This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."
